Summary:
Utilizes a variety of equipment assigned to perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery assigned.
Maintenance must comply with all MSHA required guidelines regarding equipment, employees safety and record-keeping.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Complete electro-mechanical repairs and adjustments as needed.
Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
Successfully troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems.
Communicate with shop Supervisors daily to discuss items in need of repair.
Will complete task training and site specific requirement prior to MSHA 8 hour course.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Perform all duties within compliance with all local, state, federal and company regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Certifications for mechanics and maintenance preferred Must possess adequate knowledge of mechanical devices, maintenance procedures and hands on skills to make repairs Commitment to operating safely within the worksite Ability to operate equipment in a safe and responsible manner Commitment to excellence and high standards COMPETENCIES:
